What Is a Timeshare Value Based on?

The value of a timeshare is based on several factors. The primary factor is whether the timeshare is a deeded property with a permanent ownership agreement in favor of the buyer, or a Right to Use agreement for a specified number of years. the second factor to consider is the brand value and reputation of the resort owner's. Third is the quality of timeshare in terms of location, size of accommodation and basic amenities and services offered on-site. Lastly, the value of the timeshare also depends on the cost of the annual maintenance fees and any other charges attached with it, as well as any exclusive membership privileges, discounts or benefits for the timeshare owners.
