What Documents Should I Have Ready before Showing My Timeshare Rental?

Before you offer your timeshare for rent, you should keep ready a copy of the sale deed that shows you are the actual owner and also shows other related details of the property. You should also seek a letter of approval from the resort management that authorizes you to rent out your timeshare. If your maintenance charges and any other payments are fully clear with the company, you may ask for a certificate which states that your dues are clear. With these documents ready at hand, you are in a better position to negotiate with a prospective renter. If the renter asks for such documents during the negotiation, you will be able to provide it promptly.
