The management is very reliable but be aware that the quality of service that you receive will depend on whether you are an owner or an exchanger. If you are an owner, you will be assigned a room at the time of your reservation. However, if you are an exchange you might not find about your room assignment until either the day before your arrival or the day of your check-in. Customer service is good for both type of guests, but it is clear that there is a better focus on owners. While management is responsive via email, it is a good idea to follow-up via phone, particularly when making advanced reservations a couple months in advance or having special requests.
