A detailed look at each step included in our timeshare Escrow process.
- Secure Transfer of Funds for Both Renter and Owner on many occasions one of the stumbling blocks for a timeshare rental transaction can be the transfer of funds, one way to make sure the funds are secure for both parties is to use Rental Escrow Services from Timeshare Title Inc.
- Funds Collected From Potential Renter – The renter must submit an initial fifty percent of the rental price to hold the unit, the remainder of the amount must be submitted no less than sixty days before check in.
- Owner Confirms Rental With Resort – When all funds are submitted to Timeshare Title Inc. we will notify the owner to place the reservation in the renters name.
- Funds Submitted To Owner – As a neutral third party in this process, we will hold the purchase funds and disburse them to the Owner at the completion of the rental term.
- Rental Agreement - Please note that Timeshare Title, Inc handles the transfer of funds from renter to owner and does not guarantee the terms of the rental. The specific terms of the rental should be handled by both parties signing a rental agreement form. Both Timeshare Title, Inc (closing agency) and Vacation Timeshare Rentals, LLC (advertising company) recommend that the renter of the timeshare obtain a signed rental contract from the owner detailing the terms and conditions of the rental before proceeding to escrow.
