I have been traveling all over the world since I was a toddler and this is by far the worst experience I have EVER had. Major remodeling was being done at units accompanying ours; this began mid-week and did not stop. This was contrary to what we were told at reception was a one day 'touch up.' The noise was so loud that you couldn't even go to the pool and get away from it. Not only were we not notified but the timeframes we were given on completion couldn't have had any factual backing.
Also, BEWARE the resort turns OFF the air conditioning at night. If you have difficulty sleeping in a hot, stuffy environment please consider your choioce to stay here carefully. The situation was made worse by sub-par bedding on a mattress that a summer camp wouldn't have an eight year old sleep on.
This resort doesn't live up to its advance billing. Don't be fooled. -Review courtesy of WSO (stayed during Aug, 2008) |
