Have just returned from El Beril. It is somewhat out of the way and there are only 3 bar/restaurants close. If you want a choice it is a bit of a trek. We were there for 2 weeks, a week was more than enough. Our first apartment overlooked the pool and had a veiw of the sea. We were annoyed on the second week as we had to move to another apartment as the RCI owners were expected. IT REMAINED UNOCCUPIED. We were moved to a small cramped room overlooking the roadway. Be warned- no air con at all only had ceiling fans. The heat was uncomfortable and it was impossible to sleep.There are 55 steps to the beach-Beleive me I counted them many times.
