This was the worst resort i have ever been in, it is totally unsuited to elderly, disabled or anyone who isn't 100% fit, the resort staff are unhelpful, uninterested and just plain don't care. Tthe 'apartments' are extremely small, some of the furniture ie; sofa bed was broken, the tv didn't work (replaced after i complained) you have to pay for the remote, only to find no english speaking channels. I asked for twin beds and was given a double, if you complain you are dismissed, you are told to clean the apartment before you leave to make it easy for their maids etc,etc. I will never go to the canaries again. We loved the place so much that when we stayed, we sold our own timeshare and bought this one as it is very welcoming, a good location, clean and good facilities in the apartment. We have a 2 bed apartment which is fantastic with the kids, they get their own bedroom and bathroom. Staff very friendly and we just love it! -Review courtesy of sara (stayed during Apr, 2006) |
