Fantastic resort with 5 star service ! This resort is in a great location away from the hectic beach road where I have stayed before, but never again after staying at the Baumanburi !
The resort is set on a big private complex with a huge swimming pool with a great pool bar. This resort has everything you need, excellent fitness centre and the spa was something to remember ! The restaurant next door (which I dont think is owned by the resort) is probably the best one I dined in while I was in Phuket. Behind the resort you also have a large open air market which has just about everything at really cheap prices.
2 thumbs up for this resort and will certainly recommend it to anyone !

Horrible experienmce. Unfriendly staff, nosiy, dirty and nothing at all like the glossy pictures in the brochures. I ended up checking out early, theyr refused to refund me any money despite the fact I had a construction crew working right outside my window at 6 AM every day.
