Rooms not cleaned very well at all. Dried food on the floor and sticky tables. The shower door was broken where I had gotten stuck in it. I contacted management and asked them to repair. They sent someone up. I used the shower again, got stuck again, worse than the previous time. I called to complain it was finally repaired. I was given the runaround, and when I asked to speak to a manager, no one could be found, I was shifted around from person to person, and no one spoke with me. I finally went to front desk. Kept passing the buck. No one offered any apology or assistance. Will never go again, will never recommend. -Review courtesy of Jaye Joyce (stayed during Jan, 2008) |

BEWARE: Lock your belongings. Units need upgrading.
Based on the condition of the room and the attitude of the resort and corporate management my family will never stay at a Westgate resort. Even if it was FREE!
We had an MP3 player STOLEN from our room, and guess what, when security asked their employees about it, nobody ever saw the MP3 player. Imagine that...this theft DID happen. Check other review sites and you'll see similar issues. -Review courtesy of G. Williams (stayed during Jun, 2008) |
