We stayed at Tanglewood September 27 - Oct. 3, 2008.
Our stay was very relaxing.
Since this is actually in the off season, some of the service was, understandably, a little slow or lacking.
Any requests we had of housekeeping or maintenance were very prompt, however.
Rooms were nicely appointed and clean.
Pool was a little brisk, but the spa tub made up for it!
Golf course was a lot of fun.

This place is very nice even when it is very far away from entertainment of the big cities.
If you are looking for relax, this is the place.
I found the spa so expensive, but golf in this place and other activities are great.
The only issues I found are that the tennis courts are totally abandoned, so do not count on them and the excercise machines in the fitness room are very old and do not function properly.
The rest is very good.
