I stayed at this resort January 2006!! Thank GOD I didn't fly in to the city of Santa Cruz to go to this place...I am temporarily living here. The roads to get to this place are horrible....Rio Selva owners should invest in getting better access to resort.... Bolivian customer service not very desirable. Linen was musty....the smell stayed on your body. They did change the linen after I requested, but the musty smell still lingered in the mattress and pillows... There is really nothing to do in the resort other than the pool. The have bikes and no bike trail, but slim/thin walkways. Outdoor buffet, flies swarmed around your food....Place is infested by mosquitoes. I would never exchange my timershare for this place. Was good enough for just a weekend!!!
