The facility was like something out of the late 50's or early 60's; not retro, but fifty years old and neglected. The rooms were hopelessly outdated, the dust and dirt was evident. The TV needs replacing - bad color and sound quality. The facility is NOT waterfront as advertised; there is a fast, noisy road between the building and the shoreline. The helpfulness of the staff was inadequate at best, downright inhospitable at worst.
