This is the first time we have stayed at this resort and found it to be a lovely place to stay, the web site suggests that you need a car to enjoy the area, this is true but both Puerto Rico and Amadores can be reached easily without a car and there is a local bus service (just be careful crossing the road). All the apartments are accessed by stairs as the web site states, however when we were there (30/05 to 14/07) we saw several people with walking aids and they managed fine, a finicular allowed access to all major levels and then there was some stairs.
All of the apatments had a lovely view of the sea, and as this was a busy area, between Puerto Rico and Puerto Mogan there was always something to watch.
Some of the apartments are being upgraded so try and get one of those if you book a swap. Our apartment had not been upgraded yet but was spotless and adequate and got the sun most of the day.
The pool bar and Resturant was very good and offers a good choice, we found it quite expensive but at the time we were there the exchange rate was almost one for one, as the rate changed it got better value.
There was entertainment most nights, we only went too a couple but could hear them from our apartment, some were good, there was things on for children during the day but with no children with us I dont know how good it waas
We met the sales staff but got no pressure from them to buy at Bahia Blanca, all of the staff at this resort were very helpfull and friendly, most days we saw them assisting people who had difficulty wallking to get to their apartments (this included maids, gardeners, workmen) this was very good and must have made their stay more enjoyable, well done everyone.
