Loved our week at this resort. The weather was warm, but perfect for being on the water. The water temperature was about 82 degrees. We had no mosquitoes or biting bugs during our stay there. In the 7 days we were there it rained 2 days, but there was plenty of shopping to do or other activities. The resort was clean and our unit was very nice. We were able to get a boat slip, actually they were not all used during our week. July and August are their busiest months. Parking for our trailer was available on site. The kitchen was very well equipped. They do not have daily maid service, but with a washer and dryer in the unit and with all the towels they supplied we didn't miss the maid service. Boat and jet ski rentals were available next door. This is a heavily used lake, so the water got somewhat choppy, but if you are careful and obey the rules I don't think you'll have any difficulties. All in all it was a great stay, we don't usually go back to a place a second time, but we would definitely like to go here again. -Review courtesy of J Nicholls (stayed during Jun, 2007) |
