I had a wonderful stay at French Quarter Resort. The staff was extremely accomodating. Especially their Activity Director, Susan. She is a wonderfully, fun, caring person. You can tell she loves her job. The condo's were very nice and well maintained. Only poor mack I would give the resort is this: I had a couple of complaints from people calling me in the evening, saying the operator was rude and abrupt. That would be the only negative comment I would have. Otherwise, I was treated well. I am a Hilton Timeshare owner. Well done to all the staff for a wonderful time. My boyfriend and I have been around the world twice as well as all over the US, and the coustomer service staff is THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!! The way they roll out the red carpet for people that come there, as well as there guest is 2nd to none that I have stayed at. YOU MUST ATTENED THERE MARTIGRAS PARTY. Not only is the food great but they have live country music as well as have 8 to 10 Branson acts that come down and give you a taste of there show. The only negative would be is that the traffic on 76 is a little much. But right behind and across 76 are the shortcuts to all the shows. Guys dont change anything. French Quarter DOESN’T care about the SECURITY of their guests. On 8/27, our 2005 Honda Accord was damaged ($1000+) in the resort’s parking lot while parked. Reports were filed and we were told not to worry. The next day, the management and their insurance REFUSED to accept liability. The French Quarter DID NOT take care of us. If a crime or activity to a vehicle happens on site; the resort takes NO LIABILITY. We filed complaints to RCI against French Quarter for failing to take care of their guests as a "GOLD CROWN RESORT" should. WE WILL NEVER RETURN. WE think that anyone considering travel or future purchase at this resort should seriously re-consider WHETHER the risk of damage to their vehicles is worth the price of vacationing in Branson! -Review courtesy of BF (stayed during Aug, 2005) |

We had a wonderful stay at the French Quarter. The room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I also suggest that you not miss the Mardi Gras party they offer. We saw a wonderful variety of Branson acts perform for us, as well as a great tasting meal that was offered with it. We did go with another couple and it was quite 'cozy' in the one bedroom condo, but it was worth it. The location is excellent and you can even watch the fireworks from Celebration City, while you sit on your balcony. We have an every-other-year ownership at French Quarter. It's almost time to go again and I can hardly wait! The units are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We aren't social people, so we kept to ourselves and had a wonderful retreat. My husband took advantage of the pool. We just love to get away from it all and relax. This is a great place to do that. My children and I spend 2 weeks per summer at French Quarter and IT IS ALWAYS FABULOUS!! It is a great family setting, large pool and play area, great activities for all ages. We travel at least 6 - 8 weeks per year, and my girls (12 and 15) won't trade those weeks at French Quarter for anywhere else we've been. 2008 was our 3rd year at FQ, and 2009 will be our 4th. I look forward to many more. Keep up the good work. Yes, the Staff is wonderfully friendly and supportive.
