I stayed at the Fairfield resort when I was on vacation with my family. We only stayed there for 3 days, but we loved it. The rooms were big and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked of towels and other necesities, and the kitchen was well sanitary. We have stayed here several times as the guest of a timeshare owner. The property is located several miles south of the busy main street of Branson. The Meadows resort is a large timeshare complex with over (20) four story buildings. The size of the rooms is nice but the construction of the buildings is of average quality. It is not uncommon to hear the rolling of luggage carts in the outdoor hallways at all hours as sound carries through the walls easily. The parking areas and elevators can be very congested at peak times of year and the pool areas can be crowded as well. The floor plans of the larger units are spacious and the room decor is a fishing cabin motif. The Meadows will suit the vacation needs of most families just fine but I suggest that older folks visit in the off season when it is more peaceful and less congested. -Review courtesy of O Stratton (stayed during Jul, 2006) |
