The place is a joke I would never go back there. I would not recommend this place for the price they charge. Smelled dirty, bugs ! The reality people were no help at all once they get your money! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!
They have a staff of security guards that raid the condominiums specifically to get young people in trouble. ALL SEVEN CONDOS IN USE WERE EVICTED WITHIN A TWO HOUR TIME SPAN. The company, WEICHERT REALTORS, attempts to blame occupants for any and all damages within the condo, even if such damages were present before the rental.
Renters who are evicted WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and may have CIVIL CHARGES brought against them.
In addition, the company failed to inform us of the poor state of the facilities. The pool advertised was under construction. They advertise that the condos sleep 6-8 people, but they only sleep 4 comfortably.
