We had a breathtaking view from the 6th floor. I thought the furniture, appliances, carpets, etc. were dated and need to be replaced. All condo rentals in Maui look scruffy to me and this one is no exception. I would not call it spotless, either. The staff is very friendly and helpful and seem happy you are there. We had some problems at the pool with another tenant that decided it was a good idea to toss a football across the pool at his kid even though it is clearly posted "No games in pool area" Like there isn't a beautiful beach right across the street to play catch football but there is no accounting for some people. When I said something, he tried to get up in my face with outlandish comments but others at the poolside stuck up for me and agreed that they were disturbing the group. I should not have had to disturb my vacation for clear rules that are posted. Someone from the office should have done that for me. All-in-all it was a pleasant experience and the location guarantees beautiful sunshine almost all year 'round. -Review courtesy of Robin Montoya (stayed during Dec, 2006) |
