we purchased a timeshare at Bonnet Creek while it was still under construction. On our first visit, only the main building and building 1 were completed. It looks a little strange to see how nice the landscaping is from our balcony and then, a few hundred feet away- barren land on the portion of the lake that has not yet been developed. Aside from this, it was the nicest place we've ever stayed. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and well laid out. My 10 year old son really liked having his own room. The pool and grounds are well tended. The staff was friendly and courteous. Even though we had already purchased, we were invited to a "members" meeting where they will try to "upsell" you. I simply told our rep that we had already invested as much as we could afford and he was cool with it. I've heard a lot of horror stories about the high pressure sales tactics used in the timeshare industry but we've NEVER experienced Fairfield that way! They have always been polite and respectful. Bottom line: if you're planning a trip to Disney, I can't think of a better place to stay than here! -Review courtesy of Rob Power (stayed during Feb, 2005) |

We've waited 11 months for this and all I can say is THANK YOU fairfield for the outstanding service and attention toward our needs during our stay. We booked a two bedroom suite with all the works!!!!!even with a DVD player..... you can't beat it, the only non disney resort within Disney gates is Bonnett Creek, can you believe it. This resort is excatly in the middle of most of the attractions, Epcot,Typhoon lagoon,Downtown disney ,and the list goes on. We did a seven night deal with our points and it was worth every one of them. This is our second visit to Disney( first stay was at Fairfield Cypress palms resort) and boy! what a second time around. My family went to Disney World for the week and we stayed at the Bonnett Creek Resort and were Very Pleased. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. There were eight of us --ages 18 to 45 and were were very comfortable in the two bedroom unit.The staff was helpful and polite. It was not a blah or boring place to be nor was it noisey and bothersome. I would advise any family that has young children or older children-they will love it. It was very convient to all of the parks and very easy to navigate the area. I would stay there again without question and plan to do so. I spent 2 weeks in florida, one at bonnet creek the other at another resort. Bonnet Creek was by far the best. The rooms are very nice and the great furnishings. Downtown disney just 2 mins away. I went to a timeshare presentation was thinking about an upgrade but the resort was more or less sold out. I am a platinum owner with a million pts and i will be spending a lot of time at this resort due to the parks close by and the future things that they are planning to add to the resort. I would recommend this resort to all who want to enjoy florida. Only setback is wal-mart is about 4 miles away but thats not bad. -Review courtesy of james m bobbitt (stayed during Sep, 2008) |
