We had a handicapped studio unit on the first floor. There was lots of room, but the kitchen was extremely small. Not a lot of cupboard space. We were able to sit outside and look at the pool and the ocean. It was very quite and peaceful especially at night. There was underground parking which was nice. There was construction going on but we were not disturbed by it. Good internet access and lots of activities for both adults and kids. Great pool and spa both inside and outside. Nice restaurant.
