Great location, friendly staff and good usage agreement with Loews Resort nearby. Resort unit maintenance was terrible: air conditioner was loud, noisy & squeaked, 2 ceiling fans needed to be replaced, toaster not working,very few & missing kitchen utensils, video library had unusable movies. We spent the first two days trying to get some of these things fixed, with only limited success.
It was more like moving into a poorly kept apartment, and having to 1st fix it up to live in.
San Francisco Exchange, who we made the booking with, was not helpful, and basically told us to deal with the resort directly.
Such a nice location that was poorly taken care of by the owners/management.
