Highly DO NOT recomend to stay here. Yes it is located two blocks from the french quarter but not the end where all the entertainment is going on. You have to take atrolley car or bus SEVERAL blocks over to get to the best parts of the french quarter. The service is awful! The check in personel didnt even know what a travelers check is and then they said they cant cash it since they do not do business in cash. No swimming pool on the premisies, however there is a hot tub. There is no air in the main areas of the hotel, they will sometimes turn on a huge fan to circulate air. 31 inch TV??? WHERE? the TV in the room was very very samll and the cable hardly works. They didnt seem to care that the cable was going in and out at all. Maid service?? this means they come in bring you clean towels, (no wash rags), put a clean trash can liner in and thats it. No dusting, no cleaning the counter tops, mirrors, ect. Front desk clerk likes to stay on the phone talking to all his friends about the things he finds in the rooms when people leave something behind on accident. Dont even ask for a recomendation of where to eat or go, they have no help what so ever. Thank god this wasnt our first trip to New Orleans and we knew where we wanted to go. And the room states a 1 bedroom 1 bath which in their terms means a studio cramped room with torn lamp shades, no water pressuare AT ALL, a refrig that takes 2 days to cool, and a toaster that doesnt work. A bed that is hard as a rock with a nice sway in the middle. Very Very uncomfortable. NO continental breakfast but on sat and sun when they decide that they will put it out that day. We actually checked out early and came home since the hospitality at this hotel was so awful. I do not recomend staying here at all. Do not bother making complaints to the front desk, they DO NOT CARE about the comfort of their guest. -Review courtesy of Sherry/ Robert McCausland (stayed during Aug, 2007) |

As a owner stay away from this one if you consider buying. Maintance fees go up on far to high of
scale per year with no improvements. In a couple of years it will be cheaper to rent the rooms
