Great time at this placeas every unit has a view of the ocrean which is spectacular at sunset as you BBQ on the balcony after a day of vacationing along beach. Within a short drive to San Diego and located on the Pacific Coast Highway for a historic drive anlng the californis coastline. A day trip into Disney or Universal Studios is is worth it but is an 90 minute drive one way. At the resort there is a boat pier with a few cafe's and small retail surf shops with a Joes Crab Shack being the main restuarant a short walk away. the only negative i could think of was there is a Amtrack train withi runs through sometimes by the town which is noisy but still bearable with the windows closed.
