I purchased a time share here and it was my firt time staying here. I was very impressed. It is VERY nice and clean. The staff there is just wonderful. Everything is right there. Store on one side of you and Denney's restaurant on the other side. You are just yards from the beach. Excellent location. I will agree with the above review to a point. Location, location, location. That's about it. We stayed in a one bedroom unit during this years Pro-bowl game. We brought a couple with us, and we were assured that this size unit would be ample for our stay (one week). We were disappointed in the size of the unit, the furniture was very dated, there were no dresser areas for the couple sleeping in the living room. (We did have 2 bathroom). There was no view from the balcony due to construction of a new timeshare resort with 50 feet of our balcony. Our bedroom was directly next to the air conditioning equiptment for the entire building. Noisy, noisy! Thankfully we were in Hawaii, and did not stay in the unit exept to sleep. The conveniece of it's location made the stay bearable. I would not stay again with 4 people.
