I stayed here in mid-February 2007 during the Chinese New Year festive week. It was nice and luxury experience except my studio-type room does not have a bath-tub, there was a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom. There was difiicult to have meal with my partner because there was no dining table and seat available so we ate on the our king-size bed which is definitely very comfortable.
The management invited me to attend the timeshare presentation, however when it was over I rejected their proposal for timeshare with the hotel for one reason, it was not worth it. You can see why I was not happy with the facilities. But I got more disappointed with the attitude of the marketing staff and his manager for their rude and unprofessional behaviour. They criticized me and my country-men and my country just because I rejected their offer to become a timeshare owner with their hotel. I hope the management take a proactive action to train their staff to be more courteous and professional towards other human being who are not their race. Thanks for reading this comment. This is probably my worst experience in the Islannd of Gods so far.
