La Hacienda is a beautiful resort for holidays, it is not very far from the sidi bouzid beach. It contains three swimming pools, a small one, a big one and medium one. It has a cafe, a games room with arcade games and foozball and pool. Some nights they do concerts where people come in to sing and do comedies, its really fun. I stayed for 1 month in sidi bouzid and my aunty and cousins live in La Hacienda. It's filled wit plants, flowers, etc. Although its very nice and fun there is only one bad thing about it, it seems to have a few creatures called "shneaula" in arabic (i dont know how to say it in english) they fly on you and bite you, they are not poisonous they just make you itch, there is not that many around but there is a lot in sidibouzid, there are a lot of cockroaches in hacienda but they are harmless and u get used to them after a while. To finish of i would like to say i had a lovely time in hacienda and sidi bouzid is a great city to be in during summer it was beautiful. -Review courtesy of Nabil Yasini-Ardekani (stayed during Jan, 1998) |
