Stayed there February 2-9, 2006 (THIS YEAR!). Poor service, poor food, DIRTY hot tubs and bathroom in our ocean view suite. It took 3 days to get a light bulb for bathroom, 5 days to get table for balcony, lousy food! I spoke to front desk several times, to concierge, to a manager, and haven't heard a word about a partial refund, etc! Golf course closed most of the time, restaurants closed most of the time...need to get NEW owners do MAINTENANCE instead of just adding new rooms etc to spend their proposed 7 million. Also, you are WAY out away from everything, so they have a captured audience when they fail to perform! DON'T GO HERE! -Review courtesy of Lucy Henderson (stayed during Feb, 2005) |
