This is a highly desirable Resort, due to being the home of John Jacobs Golf School, which is known nationwide. The resort is right on the Painted Mountain Golf Course with beautiful mountain views which is home of the John Jacobs Golf School, which people attend from all over the country.

The Resort is within driving distance of the best golf courses in Phoenix.

The resort is also a short distance from the spring training facility of the Chicago Cubs which is very popular during the month of March.

The winter months in this area are sun filled with Spring like temperatures that cannot be found anywhere else in the country.
