These 7 resorts are Gold Crown Rated (5 star resorts). This timeshare contains the golf package discount on green fees and golf cart on the 18-Hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. You can also take advantage of the gym, spa and tennis courts. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with two queen size sofa sleepers and a bedroom with king-sized bed and a whirlpool tub. It also has 2 color TVs with cable-satellite and Internet access. This unit also contains a full balcony with a plunge pool. Available views to you are golf course or pools in Cancun and the other resorts are ocean and pools or golf course. 24 hour services are medical, security and taxi. Other services are concierge, airport transporation, car rental, travel agency, baby-sitter, beauty parlor, massage therapy and more. The sale price above is for 1 week plus 1 vacation fair week for $9,000, total of 2 weeks per year. I also have another 1 week plus 1 vacation fair week for sale at $9,000. Total for 2 weeks plus 2 vacation fair weeks is $18,000, for a total of 4 weeks per year. I will sell these package weeks separate or together. I'll pay half of the Mayan transfer fee. This ownership includes the golf discount package and all above information in the ad. You can stay at any location you chose of the resorts.
