Cottages at Shipyard - Timeshare For Sale

Located in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. There is a members only beach with access provided within the plantation. Access to the public beach is less than a mile away. Hilton Head is very bicycle friendly. Our personal experience is that once we arrive we completely operate from our bicycles. If golfing is extremely important you will not be let down. Golf packages are available and the unit backs up to a lagoon and the golf course. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities for the children. There is one swimming pool for the cottages, but you have access to many others as part of Spinnaker, Waterside being the fanciest and newest. We have traded this unit quite often through RCI.
