Highly motivated renter/seller!!! 2 floating weeks (lockout option splits 2BR unit (rent for $1200 for 1 week) into studio apt. which sleeps 2 (rent for $700 for 1 week) and 1 BR unit which sleeps 4 (rent for $900 for 1 week). I have 2 weeks to rent for 2008 or sell!!! If you rent any of the units, you will need to provide at least 60 days notice for the week you want as well as 1 other option in case your first choice is not available (holiday weeks are highly sought).
