Harbor Club at Palm Coast - Timeshare Rental, Resale, and Exchange

General Description:
We have had the property since it was first built and have spent many vacations at the resort. Our kids our grown and want to visit other places at this time, therefore, we want to rent this beautiful vacation spot and/or sell it to anyone who is interested. We have 'floating time' we can book any week except Daytona 'race' weeks. The pool is heated for times that are needed and it has a 'hot tub' outside that we really like to relax in.

Resort Description:
Perfect location Palm Coast, FL - 1/2 way between St. Augestine and Daytona. Easy drive to spend the day at either location or just to grab dinner and walk historic St. Augestine streets or Visit Dayona and drive on the beach. A short drive to Orlando for day trips to Disney. Flagler Beach is a our favorite family spot, feels like a 'small town' beach area with pier and fun to hang out at or try some surfing. However, it is always great just to stay at the resort. The pool is absolutely beautiful with water fountain for a nice relaxing time. Plenty of things for the kids to do, our children grew up coming to the resort every year and never got bored. The harbor is right next door for boat rentals or a relaxing dinner overlooking the boats coming in.

Unit Description:
My favorite part about the unit is the Large bathroom in the master bath with the spa tub. Enjoy a relaxing time in it. Also I love the screen portch that runs the length of the unit. Enter through the living room or the 2nd bedroom. I love to read and relax out on it. It is a very very roomy condo.

Nearby Attractions:
Daytona Beach, Orlando, North on the beach road is 'Marine Land' (believe this is the name). It has been in FL for as long as I remember and it is a smaller version of sea world. You won't find the crowds and you will really enjoy yourself. Our family tried some 'diving' in their tanks and got to get up close with the fish which was a real fun experience.

Nearby Restaurants:
I forget the name of the restauraunt but our favorite is just North on the beach room on the right hand side. It is a crab/seafood place. You can sit and pick blue crab or order you favorite seafood. It is small cozy and great food. However, we always go into St. Augestine for some 'fine dining'. I loved the 'Gone with the Wind' restauraunt and St. Augestine never fails to gives us a wonderful dinner.
