Unit is available at same rental and sale price for weeks 47, 48, and 49. Summer weeks 26-29 available also.

Ground floor unit with easy access to pool and beach. No need to walk around building to access your room. New furniture was recently added. Ideal for those who may prefer a quite vacation but are ready to take on adventure. If you're a buyer, maintenance fees are paid for in '09 so it's almost like a free stay this fall.

Resort Description:
This is a very quite resort with ample beach accommodations. The restaurant is small but serves excellent food. Not similar to the hectic all-inclusives that some of us have visited. Water is cetified safe. Bring your freshly caught fish to the restaurant and they'll cook um for you.

Unit Description:
Ample space for up to 7 people. Newer kitchen in the one bedroom section and a kitchenette in the lock-off studio portion. Two queen-king sized beds and two new fold-out couches. Maid service daily. Lots of bathrooms just in case!

Nearby Attractions:
There's a mall with several shops and a very good grocery store within a 15 minute walk. The resort has a small store on the premises supplying the basics. Fishing, golfing, birding, eco tours are all booked here at the resort. Yelapa is a great visit. Take the water taxi. Take your Dramamine. Just kidding, it's a pleasant ride.

Nearby Restaurants:
The resort has its our restaurant and there are several others within walking distance. Besides the home resaurant, my favorite is Fajita Republic across the street but you can find other cuisines if you prefer, close by. Why not just cook in your own kitchen? You could but it's more fun when someone else takes care of the hard part. You're on vacation!
