Agrees to follow all resort rules including no pets and not exceeding unit limit of 8 people. In Hawaii the timeshare occupant pays a small occupancy tax that should be in the neighborhood of $7 per night and it will be collected at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age at check in.
