This is a a great place, lots of fun and lots to do for everyone!!

I have rented these units out every year and have had no problems. You can also split the two rooms if you are only interested in using one side. Please let me know if you have any questions about the units or area.

Unit Description:
This is a 2 room 'lock out' which means, it's actually two separate rooms that are adjoined by a door. Each room has a bedroom/bed, kitchen/kitchenette, bathroom, living room, television. So you can either come a group of friends, another family or another couple...and you each have your own space.

Nearby Attractions:
Located on Cocoa Beach, there is plenty to do...from hanging out on the beach to taking a day cruise on one of the casino boats.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are several restaurants in the area, however the restaurant on site is wonderful.
