General Description:
The town of Palm Desert is a few miles away with shops and plenty of eatery's. Palm Springs is about 15 miles away. There are also about 3-4 casino's nearby. And don't forget Costco, nearby. Ralph's for food shopping is less than a mile.

Golf is on premises at the Marriot, 2 golf courses, plus many golf courses in the area. Tennis is on premises is part of Marriot and is free to Villas 1 as well as use of the spa pool. Short walk to the hotel tto use their facilities also no charge for the use of the pool along with 5 pools at the villas.

Unit Description:
Unit is one of the largest around with patio or deck, full kitchen with in villa laundry facilities. the kitchen is fully equiped. The bedrooms are spacious and have recenly been re-done. The view is of the golf course and or hotel or both. This timeshare is one of the nicest in the Mariott chain.

Nearby Attractions:
Tram in Palm Springs, also the follies in Palm Springs and of course El Paseo with it's shopping. Go see the windmill and the concierge can help you witj sll your plans. You can aslo go gliding and hot air ballooning

Nearby Restaurants:
Several restaurants in the marriot itself. Also located at the various pools there are snack bars. In Palm Desert and nearby area dozens to choose from. The conciegre is most helpful with all your reservations.
