The two bedroom, two bath condo, accommodates six adults and has a fully equipped modern kitchen with center island, separate living room and dining area, master king size bedroom with two vanities, bath tub and shower, guest bedroom with twin beds and separate bath, large screened lanai and laundry facilities within the unit. Two elevators operate within the ten-story structure.
Other on-site amenities include an award winning heated swimming pool and two outdoor whirlpool spas surrounded by a tropical garden, lighted tennis courts, indoor racquetball, volleyball and basketball court, advanced exercise/weight room with home gym, treadmills, cycles, elliptical/stepper and dry sauna. Also included is a library, game room with ping-pong, pool tables and ice machine. A convenience store with groceries, sundry items, souvenirs and apparel is located in the lower level. Sports equipment is available on loan for all activities.
Lease/Purchase Option. The Owners offer to the potential tenants the option to lease and/or purchase Unit/Week No. 46 in Condominium Parcel No. 404 at Eagle’s Nest on Marco Beach, Collier County, Florida, which is an annual floating week for use Friday to Friday, any time between Weeks 24 and 50, for the purchase price of $9,500.00.
