Resort Description:
Cold Spring Resort, centrally located within the mountains/lakes region of New Hampshire, is an active person's dream come true. The resort offers an indoor pool and a full slate of outdoor recreation, including White Mountain Country Club's championship 18-hole golf course and tennis courts nearby. Experienced hikers may want to attempt the 6,288-foot climb to the top of Mount Washington. In winter, heavy snowfalls turn the White Mountains into a skier's paradise.

Unit Description:
All units have cable TV and a full kitchenwith dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave, and air-conditioning. The 2BR units have a washer/dryer and a fireplace for use with Duraflame logs. Many units have 1 bathroom. 1BR units OCC: Max 5/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 trundle bed and 1 sofa bed.2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa.2BR units Max 6/Pri 6 have 1.5 or 2 baths,a king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. 2BR loft units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. NO PETS ALLOWED. PETS ON-SITE WILL RESULT IN FINES AND POSSIBLE EVICTION. Resort requires a security deposit of US$100 payable by cash or credit card. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. The resort has 2 floors (NO ELEVATORS). Ski seasons vary each year. Contact the resortto verify dates. No smoking allowed insideunits. You may only smoke on outside decksor in designated smoking areas. A car is recommended to fully enjoy your stay. Additional linens are available for a fee.

There are cross country ski trails on-site. You can rent skis on-site and there's no charge for the trails. The resort offers discounted prices on lift tickets for Waterville Valley Ski Area, which was about 25 minutes away. The skiing is incredible!
