Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Resort Description:
Mediterranean-style timeshare resort on 65 acres, with one- and two-bedroom suites, two- and three-bedroom deluxe suites, and mini-suites, all beautifully and professionally decorated. Villas accommodate 4-12 guests and are equipped with a full kitchen and dining facilities, private balcony, master bedroom with king-size bed, whirlpool and separate shower.

Need to relax? Star Island Resort also offers a menu of therapeutic treatments at their world class spa. Massages, wraps and full body mud masks are just a few to choose from.

'Celebrity Fitness' at Star Island is a spacious workout facility offering scheduled aerobic classes and personal trainers. Resort amenities also include a golf driving range and putting green, water sports on Lake Cecile, two pools with a children's area, bicycles, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, pool bar, picnic areas, and a lake-front boardwalk for a nighttime stroll.

A-side units are the small lockoff (1 bedroom suites) units, while B-side units are larger. Unit sizes available: one bedroom suite, one bedroom deluxe, two bedroom deluxe, two bedroom lockoff and three bedroom deluxe.

One Bedroom Suite: 650 square feet, two double beds, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, whirlpool tub in bathroom, partial kitchen, some units have a washer/dryer. Maximum occupancy is 4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: 850 square feet, king bed, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, whirlpool tub in bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony. Sleeps 4.

Two Bedroom Lockoff: A one bedroom suite and one bedroom deluxe with an adjoining door.

Three Bedroom Deluxe: Approximately 1450 square feet, king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two doubles in the third bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen, two full baths with whirlpool tub in master bath, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 8.
