Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Resort Description:
Wyndham Smoky Mountains is the ideal vacation spot to enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Although the resort's physical address is in Sevierville, this Fairfield resort has an ideal location right on the Pigeon Forge line, with convenient access to downtown Pigeon Forge where you can enjoy Dollywood, dinner theaters, and shopping galore.

With panoramic views of the Smokies, the villas at Wyndham Smoky Mountains feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans, spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, entertainment centers, washer/dryer and other conveniences. All master suites offer whirlpool baths, and all units include balconies with views of the neighboring mountains and farmland.

Outside your mountain retreat at the amenity center, you'll enjoy an outdoor pool and spa, health club with indoor pool, modern exercise facilities, tanning room and sauna.

Two Bedroom Lockoff: 1532 square feet; the combination of a one bedroom suite and one bedroom deluxe.

Three Bedroom Deluxe: 1532 square feet, king bed in two bedrooms, two doubles in third room, queen sofa sleeper in living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms with whirlpool tub in master, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 10.

Four Bedroom Presidential: 2813 square feet, two masters with kind beds, king bed in the third bedroom, two doubles in the fourth bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, four full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs in the master baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 12.
