Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Wyndham Skyline Tower Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey has completed a $75 million transformation into a 32-story, 296 luxury condominium, featuring vacation rentals of one and two bedroom units. Located within walking distance to the world famous boardwalk, beach and casinos. Gorgeous indoor swimming pool has retractable roof. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is 10am.

Unit Description:
The one bedroom deluxe unit is approximately 882 square feet, has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room with a whirlpool/jetted tub in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. We can also request a unit with a scenic view of the city line or Boardwalk from the balcony/deck! (The one bedroom suite is approximately 665 square feet and does not have a whirlpool tub.)

The two bedroom deluxe unit is approximately 1173 square feet, has a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second room, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full bathrooms with a whirlpool tub in the master. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Balcony with view of the city line or Boardwalk by request! Sleeps 6.

Three Bedroom Presidential Suite: approximately 1425-1707 square feet, bed sizes vary but typically there are two masters with king beds and a third bedroom with two doubles. Two full baths, one with a whirlpool tub, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, spacious living room, laundry room inside unit, balcony/deck. Sleeps 8.
