Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Resort Description:
Wyndham Palm-Aire is the ultimate vacation of luxury. This resort is best known for its spa and fitness center. Studio Deluxe: 512-640 square feet, bed size varies, one full bathroom with whirlpool tub, mini kitchen, most have a washer/dryer, baclony, WiFi and Broadband Internet. Sleeps 2-4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: 600-990 square feet, bed size varies, sofa sleeper in living room, full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer in most units, 1-1.5 bathrooms with whirlpool tub, balcony, WiFi and Broadband internet. Sleeps 4.

Two Bedroom Deluxe: 1053-1310 square feet, king bed in master bedroom, two double beds in second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living area, full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, and balcony. Maximum occupancy is 8.

Two Bedroom Plus: 1480 square feet, king bed in the master, queen bed in the second room, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, two full bathrooms with whirlpool tub in master, full kitchen with dining area, washer/dryer in unit, balcony, WiFi and Broadband internet. Maximum occupancy is 6.

Four Bedroom Presidential: 2410-2530 square feet, two masters with king beds, two double beds in other two bedrooms, four full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs in masters, full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, balcony, WiFi and Broadband internet. Maximum occupancy is 10.
