Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Resort Description:
Wyndham Sea Gardens creates the perfect family seaside vacation. The resort is located just across the street from the beach, where you can bask in the sun or splash in ocean waves. Take a dip in the crystalline waters of the three on-site swimming pools (one is heated). The area offers several water sports to enjoy. Practice your serve on one of the seven tennis courts two blocks away or play shuffleboard on one of two shuffleboard courts. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is 10am.

Unit Description:
Studio-B: Approximately 390 square feet, bed size varies, full bath (no whirlpool tub), partial kitchen, maximum occupancy is 2.

Studio/Studio Deluxe: Approximately 600 square feet, queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, one or one and a half baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer in some, whirlpool tub in some, balcony/deck (some), maximum occupancy is 4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: Approximately 980 square feet, king bed in the bedroom, double sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub in bathroom, balcony/deck, maximum occupancy is 4.

Two Bedroom Deluxe (Ocean Palms Building): Approximately 1200 square feet, king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed or two double beds in the second room, double sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full bathrooms with a whirlpool tub in the master bath, full kitchen with dining area, washer/dryer, balcony/deck, maximum occupancy is 8.

Two Bedroom Deluxe (Other Buildings): Approximately 900-1200 square feet, bed sizes vary, full kitchen, two or two and a half baths, washer/dryer in most, balcony/deck (most), maximum occupancy is 6.

Two Bedroom Lockoff: Studio-B and a Studio/Studio Deluxe with a door adjoining them.
