Policies: Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. 50% is due at booking for rentals more than 60 days out. 60 days or less and payment is due in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If your reservation is more than 30 days out, we’ll also accept personal check, cashier’s check and money order. Cancellations: 75% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out, 50% refund if cancelled 31-60 days out, no refund if cancelled 0-30 days out.

Two Bedroom Lockoff: the combination of a one bedroom deluxe and one bedroom suite with an adjoining door.

One Bedroom Deluxe: 1075 square feet, king bed in bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub in master bath, balcony/deck, sleeps 4.

One Bedroom Suite: Approximately 353 square feet, king bed in the master, sofa sleeper in the living room, full bathroom, compact kitchen and dining area.

Mountain Vista:
Studio Deluxe: 465 square feet, queen murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper, washer/dryer, mini kitchen, whirlpool tub, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: 902 square feet, king bed, queen sofa sleeper, washer/dryer, full kitchen, whirlpool tub, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 4.
