Project requires the use of a jack hammer to cut concrete and a pressure washer to clean concrete surface. Safety railings will be removed for an extended period. Resort Description:
Get up close and personal with the beach at Fantasy Island Resort II. The resort is situated on prime beachfront property with miles of golden sands stretching north and south. Since all rooms either face or view the ocean, you can wake to breathtaking sunrises over the ocean and stargaze from your balcony at night.


When you want to take a break from the activities in town, you can find plenty of action at the resort. Sunbathe in the company of friendly seagulls on the beach, grab a boogie board and hit the surf or take a drive down the beach, one of the world’s last remaining drive-on beaches. Cool off in the refreshing waters of our outdoor pool or relax in the hot tub. Begin or end your day in one of our two dry saunas.


Cap off the perfect day with an evening cookout on the deck overlooking the ocean. We also offer a number of social gatherings throughout the week. Join us for a continental breakfast on Monday, a lunchtime barbeque by the pool on Tuesday, sand castle building and craft projects for kids on Wednesday, and snow cones on Thursday.

This one bedroom is approx. 625 sq. ft. Features a Queen in the master room and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bath and a full kitchen. Amenities include: tub w/jets.
