This is an individual unit located about 40 yards from the beach. The back patio looks on to the beach. All of the amenities are a short walking distance from the unit. This unit is in a prime location and is great for families. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor and the main floor has the living room, kitchen, a small dining area, a bathroom and laundry area, with a deck off the back.
This is a great vacation area with a miriad of activities available

Resort Description:
The area has developed into a prime vacation area over the years. We would take our family there for a week each summer and would always enjoy our stay. Everything we wanted was close by and we never had to worry about our children. The amenities center is located out the back door about forty (40) yards from our unit and contains nearly everything a family would like to have available including an indoor pool, sauna, resturant, entertainment areas, and a miniture golf area. The beach is out the back door about thirty (30) yards from the deck with the lake about seventy-five (75) yards from the deck. A boat ramp is close by and a water recreational rental facility near the beach. This is a very popular area in Iowa. The beauty of this resort is that you can stay entirely at the resort and be very comfortable and satisfied or you have the option of nearby amenities without being in a big city atmosphere.

Unit Description:
This is a prime unit locate vertually on the beach. It has two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom. One bedroom has a hugh king size bed with a TV and large window facing the beach. On the main floor is a kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with a laundry area, and a nice sized living room area. There is a fireplace and a deck off the living room. The deck faces the beach that is about thirty (30) yards from the unit. This is a self standing unit with the back facing the beach and the amenities center. We had to up grade twice after our initial purchase to obtain this unit.

Nearby Attractions:
The area has many attractions both on the grounds and in the area. The main recreational area is on the grounds with other amneities nearby. The main area contains resturants that will fit your needs and desires. The resorts has many activities scheduled each week and you will be able to choose your participation if you desire. On the other side of the lake is where the main retail entertainment and shopping areas are located with theatres, resturants, art galleries, amusement areas and even antique shopping. For the golfers, there area several golf courses within a fifteen mile radius from the resort and one across from the resort entrance.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are many resturants to choose from at the resort and from around the area. They range from very informal to very nice sit down dress resturants. You can find nearly any kind of resturant you would like within ten to fifteen miles from the resort if you choose to not to use the ones located at the resort.
