There are 14 Ocean Front Villas and 21 Garden Villas. These are the largest units in the Bahamas. Unit was renovated in 2008. Owner will consider sale of the unit under acceptable terms. A negotiated portion of the rent will be applied to the purchase price upon agreeable terms. This unit is owned by my sister, but she does not have a computer. Week 5 is also available.
