General Description:
Building is oceanfront with full width oceanfront balcony with French doors to the living room and master bedroom. View is partially blocked by a building directly in front across a driveway. The project swimming pool, however, is next to the blockin g building and allows a clear view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. The high tide line is perhaps 100 feet away from the unit.High tide washes in lots of sea shells for junior collectors.

Resort Description:
The resorts sets on a two level covered garage with the first level depressed half depth and the second level elevated half depth making pretty steep driveways. Nobody scraped their mufflers however. The resort has four floors with five units per floor. The first unit is one and half floors above street level. The units have two stairways and one elevator. Our unit is on the first floor.

Unit Description:
The unit is two bedroom (king bed master and two twins guest room), two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Each room has a TV. The living room sofa is a hide-a-bed. The unit includes an indoor washer and dryer. The furnishings are in good condition. A word of warning: check-in is at 4:00 PM, not a second before. Have a late lunch on Friday.

Nearby Attractions:
The unit is near several strip centers along the Coastal Hwy (the main and only through street on the island) two blocks inland. The centers are mainly restaurants and tourist shops. All are an easy walk. Further south is the Boardwalk and tourist boat docks area. Too far to easily walk but a short distance by car, bike or bus keeping the resort area quieter than the tourist party area. To the north is Delaware with no sales tax but lots of shops and restaurants. Inland is the Salisbury free children's zoo which is still filled with exotic wild animals for adults as well as children. To the south is Assateague island which has wild horses and other wild life which can be reached by either boat or car. A fascinating little adventure.

Nearby Restaurants:
The near by area has some of the best bay side dining with live entertainment to be found on the island. BJ's on the Water is great for bay side dining with a view and entertainment. Seacrets is a must for it's Caribbean flavor. Big Pecker's (a large rooster) has great sandwiches and provocative tee-shirts to take gifts. A number of all-you-can-eat sea food restaurants line the Coastal Hwy waiting to amaze you.
