General Description:
The $400 rate is for off season small units. Holdiays and high season and larger units are of course slightly higher. I can book from 2 days to several weeks, but there is a 2 night minimum.

Email me with your date and size requirements, I will advise on availability and provide a fast quote. I can also do bookings at the Powhatan resort and the units are 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom etc.

I am PayPal Verified. For ease and security in paying for your vacation, credit card payment via PayPal is preferred, but I will work with you with other options.

Unit amenities include: King bed in master along with Jacuzzi hot tub, full kitchen with microwave, queen bed in second bedroom and sleeper couch in living area. Full entertainment center, balcony, air conditioning, washer dryer,multiple TV's, and much more.

Resort amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, basketball, fitness center, club house, tennis courts, sauna, volleyball courts, spa and much more.
