General Description:
The Sol Mar Resort Timeshare units offer the room, ambiance, amenities, and location for a perfect vacation. Our high up unit always receives a nice breeze and has a long distance view over the resort out to the Pacific Ocean and famous Sol Mar Beach. We have 2 patios, dining area and living room with pull out sofa, 2 full tiled baths, kitchen, and we are adjacent to the infrequently used jetted swimming pool. A great unit purchased when we had total choices of a unit to be built. Fully equipped for dining, comfort, and relaxation.

Resort Description:
The favorite amongst those in the know in Cabo - a large palapa bar, swim up pools (2) and our favorite for romance, long beach walks, great seafood restaurant, and wonderful staff services. The Playa Grande resort is a sister resort 5 minute beach walk away where you can charge to the room at either resort. This week was not rented in 2009 (ww22) and is 'banked' on an as available basis - pick your week through ww21, 2010 and if available, it or a similar sized one will be yours to enjoy

Unit Description:
new furniture, immaculately clean, located away from the more crowded pools and bar - so it's quiet yet convenient - the breezes in this higher elevation ( wheelchair accessible) make a perfect setting.

bo 15 minute walk, hundreds of small shops - or go onto Medano Beach, have food or drink at the Office and the vendors will find you
Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin and many many sports bars and entertainment await - fun to wlak town and explore

There's even a Ruth's Cris here in Cabo but my favorite in Edith's on the hill overlooking Medano bay
Italian, Sushi, South American, and of course Mi Amigos, Panchos, The Trailer Park (lobster) are just a few - Resorts all have excellent restaurants as well or go to the wine stores and gourmet shops and make your own
